a surprising FIND!
spacious livingeasy accessbroken oven
we secured a studio balcony food & beverage, and it provided a spacious living space for our stay. the mart downstairs was supremely convenient for grabbing essentials. the proximity to the metro station also provided easy access to various parts of the city.
the oven in our room was broken, it would not always switch on. i never called to tell them as the oven top was all cracked and broken so I think they must have known about this.

The room included a small kitchenette with cooking hobs and a microwave. The bathroom had all expected amenities, with a shower and fresh towels. Daily housekeeping kept the space tidy, that was very charming.

the downstairs area featured several restaurants with diverse cuisines. a grocery store was conveniently located just outside the hotel entrance. this allowed for easy access to both dining out and self-catering options.

the reception staff was available 24/7, that ensured support at any hour. check-in was swift and efficient, with minimal wait time. staff members offered useful directions and information about local attractions.

the hotel's proximity to the gold souk metro station made getting around straightforward. a nearby pharmacy and supermarket added a lot of convenience. several shops and restaurants were just a short walk away.

the hotel is conveniently close to a mini-mall with a metro station. it also features a currency exchange place with good rates. several restaurants are within easy reach including a great hotel restaurant. a supermarket nearby offered a wide variety of items including lactose-free milk.
the carpet needed cleaning. i also noticed a bad smell near the sofa bed in the sewerage area. the fridge and freezer were quite small for my liking.

I must say I was somewhat underwhelmed. The lack of attention to detail really got under my skin. Specifically, the promise of Netflix was a flat-out lie and nobody seemed empowered to resolve the issue. And the room cleaning schedule? Twice a week? Seriously

The location proved convenient because of the nearby train station.
The bedrooms were not clean. I found the beddings quite dirty. We requested additional beddings. The staff member setting up the bed knew the sheets were dirty yet still made the bed with them anyway.
